Frequently Asked Questions How can I place an order?

 Select your favourite product, choose the available size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

 What payment methods do you accept? We accept online payments through Razorpay, including payment methods supported by Razorpay such as UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

 When will my order be dispatched? Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after the order is placed.

 How long will delivery take? Delivery generally takes 5–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service. Is shipping free? Free shipping is available on orders above rs 999. For orders below rs 999, a shipping charge of rs 80 applies.

 Can I cancel my order? No. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

 What if I receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item? Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. An unboxing video showing the package and its contents is required for eligible claims. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
